This amazing package consists of 5 houses which include:
1. A Marketing Plan (3D & colored floor plan)
2. A3 1:100 Scale floor plan & front elevation
For an extra fee, we can also complete the working drawings for you. (email us for a quote - dont forget to include a sample of your current working drawings so we can quote accurately)
This package costs only $1200.00 & GST for 5 house designs!

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How do i purchase this range? Please see at the top of this page for direct deposit details so you can transfer the funds directly into our bank account.
2. Do you offer any other forms of payment? NO, not at this stage, but this may be something we will be offering in the near future.
3.What wall thicknesses do you use? These plans are based on 240mm brickveneer external wall thicknesses and 90mm internal stud frames
4. Can the wall thicknesses and materials be altered? YES, just purchase the range homes (see above) and then we can quote you to alter the plans to whatever wall thicknesses/materials you want.
5. Can you customise the plans for me? YES, this is the great part of them, they can be used as is, or as a basis for you and your sales team to show clients, and modify to your clients wishes.
6. Will modifying the plans cost me more than the $1200.00 & GST range purchase price? YES, but we keep the price down, just purchase the range and then we can quote you to do anything you need to to the range.
7. What roof type is used on the range? We have used colorbond on this range, but as above, this can be changed at an extra cost for you.
8. How do i receive the plans? We email you the plans after you have purchased them, you will receive them no longer than 24 hours after your money clears into our account. They arrive in PDF format for the Working Drawings and JPEG format for the Marketing Plans.
9. Do i get a tax invoice? Yes, after your payment has cleared into our bank account, we email out your plans with a tax receipt attached.
10. Can we just purchase one home from your range? NO, we cannot split the range, but with the value of the range, we know you will be able to use all the plans in your business.
11. We are after different types of Range homes, can you supply these for us? Of course, please contact us to get us to design up some one-off designs for your range, or else wait until our next range comes up, they will be a different style to this one. Please email us to suggest types of ranges to be done in the future
12. What types of ranges will you be designing up in the near future? We have plans to do up - a First Home Buyers Range, small 2 storey range, large 2 storey range, sloping block range, metro range, country range, transportable range, luxury range, single storey under 200m2, singel storey 200-300m2 range, single storey +300m2 range, architectual range. 13. Whats the timeline for your new ranges? We aim to put out a new range every two weeks (approx.)
14. How much does it cost to have the plans changed whatever wall thicknesses I require? The cost would be an extra $500.00 & GST (for the entire range- not per plan) (3D marketing plans are left as is, only WDs are altered.)
15. Can you custom design a range of homes for us? YES, contact us for pricing
16. Can you do up working drawings for the range. YES we can (at an extra cost, contact me for prices)
17. Can you put our logo on the range plans and supply us with the cad file of sketches? YES, this would be an additional $500.00 & GST (for the entire range- not per plan)
18. Can we trust that if we purchase the range homes, we will get the plans and not get ripped off? YES, definately, We are a respected and stable business. We guarantee if you purchase a set of our plans, YOU WILL receive them. We have been designing for 16+ years and our business depends on our reliability.
20. Can we add any amount of detail to the plans? YES for a price, these plans still work out very cheap if you add further sheets or information to them.
