This plan set is our standard set of working drawings which include:
site plan, floor plan, 4x elevations, 1x 1:50 section, blank electrical plan & slab outline plan.

This plan set as per Example 1 with an additional bracing plan
Drafting & Documentation Example3 This plan set as per Example 2 with an additional joinery & wet area elevations detail page.

We specialise in new residential, transportable and multi-residential projects.
We also work on small commercial projects. We can either mimic your existing
style of drafting or we can design up a new exciting look for your plans.
Of course you can use our standard plans; they always look good!

We are very good at getting to the core of what the client wants. These days no-one can afford to waste time by not hitting the mark early in the design process. We strive to get it right first time. We always design with the environment in mind, utilising the blocks natural gifts and minimising its flaws. Just simple, good design principles that work. We also design remotely, refer to STEP 7 in "How we set up our new clients."
Drawing Process
Usually there are
4 steps to plan design & documentation.
Step 1 - Sketch Plans -
where the design is achieved.
Step 2 - Planning Drawings
- where the design is embellished and taken to council for planning approval.
Step 3 - Working Drawings
& Documentation - where the approved planning drawings are made into
construction documents by the drafter.
Step 4 - Engineering and
framing design - where the above drawings are outsourced for design.
How do i outsource to you ?
Step 1.
Send us/email a plan to quote with an example of the level of documentation required
(ie. a plan youve had done previoulsy and like the level of detail - PDF is fine)
Step 2.
Get our quote back the same day and email us a confirmation to proceed.
Step 3.
Fill in and email us back our checklist/job info sheet with all required details about he job.
Step 4.
Receive the plans back completed in 7 days or under.
